A little intro to who we are: We are a small 20 year old family run company based in Cordova, TN founded by, now retired, Cynthia Shepherd. Though she is now enjoying time away from the office with her family, we, at Advantage Pools, continue to hold high the customer service relations and ideals she founded and integrated into every aspect of what we do (which we have to do, because she stops by all the time to check up on us to make sure we are treating your pools with love). Advantage Pools' techs are here to make you comfortable with your pool. Whether you are hands-on and want to understand the mysteries of your pool functions or if you want to be the "hands-off" type, we are here to work with you through the process.

While Advantage Pools does have a repair/install equipment department, a vinyl liner department, a resurface gunite, tile and coping department, decking and driveway remodel and a full pool remodel department, our FIRST PRIORITY to you is our service department, as a AP member, it IS OUR JOB to keep your pool in a clean and safe condition.

1st thing to know is: We DO NOT make you sign a contract. You may end your service at any time you wish. We only ask that you do give us the chance to make your pool beautiful.

Our regular services include:

*Weekly Service: service charge plus any chemicals we use off the truck

**Bi-Weekly Service: service charge plus any chemicals we use off the truck

(**bi-weekly service offered every 2 weeks ONLY to pools with working Salt Systems)

(*and if no Salt System is installed you will be charged once a year, ~$70.00, for an algae preventor and stabilizer product that will be placed in your pool and pump basket at the beginning of each season...if saves you money on chlorine and makes our job easier...win/win)
