I purchased my pool liner from them and when there was a problem with lines in the bottom of the pool, they knew how to get them out, first try. Their prices were reasonable but there were knowledgeable and stayed to their time line and prices quoted. They have been very responsive, reliable, proactive and trustworthy. During this time, we had Advantage Pool open and close, perform bi-weekly service, maintenance and replace equipment as needed, redo our deck and deep clean the surface of the pool. Everything was very professional done. We have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them. Unfortunately we are moving from Memphis and hope to find another company as good as Advantage. read less

They responded promptly with a phone call to inquire what I needed done and to schedule a tech to come out. They called me on a Thursday morning and said they weren't too busy so they might be out that same Thursday before the end of the day but if not they would be out on Friday. They didnt come out Thursday and by 12pm on Friday we still didnt hear from them so I called to inquire. A tech called me back and said they wouldn't come out until Monday due to a current job taking longer than expected. So, the following Monday they arrived promptly in the AM and were finished by 11am. The new cover didnt quite match the previous anchor locations so they needed to redrill into my concrete deck several anchors but they appeared to do a fantastic job as the new cover looks great! I am glad I called them as I fearer installing the replacement cover job was going to be more tricky than it looked. read less
